June 7th, 2014 Car Show Photos - 7th Annual JuneFest and Choctaw Cruisers Car Show - Ackerman, Mississippi.
The weather was beautiful after a little rain on Friday the 6th - sunny and warm with a high of 90º. However, it didn’t get that hot ‘til two hours after I’d gone home - it was 87º after they’d given out the trophies and I was on my way back. They only had 66 entries this year because the forecast was calling for rain all day, but thankfully it never materialized.

The owner of this 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 was rubbing the new off the paint
all morning.

1962 Chevy Corvette
My 1987 Olds 442. It placed 2nd in the 1977 - 1987 Production Cars class behind
a pristine 1987 Buick Grand National. (Mine’s more of a driver, and this car
looked brand new off the showroom floor - I didn’t mind placing behind that nice
ride.) A 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo placed 3rd.
